Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and a keen interest in the digital media industry.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Initiate communication with incoming leads/outbound sales to gather information needed and set up meetings for the sales team
- Attend meetings with the sales team to follow up and record minutes
- Support Sales team to prepare proposal/presentations
- Communicate with creative team to align with scheduling
- Set up ad campaign projects on Asana (task management software)
- Communicate with client to execute ad campaign (collect materials, scheduling, etc)
- Follow-up/manage ad campaigns using task/campaign management software
- Execute simple tasks if requested (information request from client, administrative tasks)
- Attend seminars and make summaries of useful information
Skills and qualifications (minimum)
- Fluent in both Japanese and English
- Familiar with digital ad technology and terminology (Google Analytics, Display Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Youtube, SEO, CPM, CPC, CPA, Conversion rate, etc)
- Confident using Google software(Documents, Slides, Sheets)
- Ability to manage multiple projects running at the same time.
Skills and qualifications (preferred)
- Experience with sales and sales administration
- Experience with using a CRM
- Ability to analyse data and reports from Google Analytics
- Ability to make ad campaign packages to propose to clients to fulfil their needs
- Excellent communication skills in order to discern the needs of clients
