Compensation: JPY300,000 to JPY450,000 depending on
experience
Social insurance:   Includes contributions to social insurance (health and pension)
Paid vacation: 10 days per year, incrementing by 1 day on each work anniversary
Sick leave: Up to 9 days/year

Fast Train Japan Goudougaisha operates the popular inbound tourism websites Tokyo Cheapo and Japan Cheapo. Established in 2012, Tokyo Cheapo is the leading English language website for Tokyo, experiencing rapid growth. Our websites and social media channels are a primary resource for information and buying decisions for both foreign tourists and residents. Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals and presentations.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
  • Monitor campaign performance for advertisers and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Business level Japanese
  • Business level English
  • Experience conducting business in Japan.
  • Proficiency in using online CRM systems and willingness to learn new software and systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Valid work visa (if applicable).

Desirable:

  • Travel industry experience.
  • Media or online marketing industry experience.
  • Experience with online task management and workflow management software.
